Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this perfect retreat, complete with AC, washing/drying machine, WiFi and more. Beautiful park-like lake side community with a private bay for swimming/kayaking/fire pit, manor house with pool table/ library - game room/coffee bar, lakeside pool with gorgeous upfront views of Lake George, tennis courts and a private peninsula for hiking along the shores of Lake George. Conviently located in between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. Boat docks at location may be available for an additional fee upon request. The boat and sundeck are also easily accessible with minimal steps. There also nearby marinas to rent a boat for your stay and local public boat launches. The amenities are the A+ - you won’t be disappointed. This is a one floor unit with no stairs for those needing accessibility with even a small ramp at the entrance. The walkways to the unit also do not have any steps. As a new owner in 2025 we don’t have reviews, but we are happy to accommodate.
