A perfect Okoboji day! Public access boat launch is adjacent to the property and there's plenty of room to park your boat and trailer on the property. The house sits on Upper Gar lake, making East/West Lake Okoboji and Minnewashta easily accessible for all the traditional Okoboji activities. Walking distance to two public beaches, the amusement part, the emporium and great restaurants. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, including one with a comfortable pullout bed. Plenty of space for a family to grill, play yard games and enjoy the lake!
