Positive: The reason to book this apartment are the views-- two gorgeous seaside windows right on the water. We slept with the windows open. The water heater, once we turned it on, worked as expected, with enough hot water for two quick, warm (not hot) showers. Note that the wifi code is incorrect; if you use the code on the router inside, though, you will be able to use it. The property is less expensive than most in the area because there isn't much going for the spot besides the views, cleanliness, and working bathroom.
Negative: There were no utensils in the kitchen-- plenty of plates and cups, but just a single spoon to eat with, so don't plan on eating any meals here (we had gotten some cheese and bread to have with wine and had nothing to cut it with, so we couldn't enjoy it). We had a hard time getting into the property-- the three keys for the three different doors are not marked, and when we put the first one in the lock it fit in but when we went to turn it it broke off into the lock. Apparently it was for a different door. It took us quite a bit of time and back and forth with management (in the rain, with no wifi signal-- the wifi code we were given did not work) to get into the apartment. To their credit, the management company did respond, but it was still a hassle.
