There is also a small golf course for golf lovers to spend great moments.This 240 m2 house, distributed over three levels, has three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom with shower on the first floor and two doubles on the ground floor. They all have air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a toilet and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor that serve the entire house. The living-dining room is very modern, bright and friendly. It has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.Sa Torre is a residential area which belongs to Llucmajor. It is very quiet and well-connected. In the area you find everything you need during your stay. It is just 1 km from Maioris Golf, and 8 km from S'Arenal Beach. Palma is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of both local and international companies. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy different shopping centres and lots of shops. There is a wide variety of entertainment both day and night. You can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city, visit "La Seu" (Palma’s Cathedral) with magnificent sea views or Bellver Castle, walk along the promenade, ride a bike, visit different museums and art galleries, etc. At night you will find many tapas bars, clubs, pubs, etc. By car you can reach beautiful beaches and visit nearby villages such as Esporles or Valldemossa, among others.
