The Space:

Long range valley and mountain views, evening sunsets, the whistle of the train in the valley below and an abundance of beautiful and serene outdoor areas to relax, unwind, have a cup of coffee, read a book or just be!!!
All of the common spaces are available for you to enjoy plus 3 premium bedrooms, 2 down and 1 up. Along with the upper loft sofa bed. The gourmet, well stocked kitchen is a joy to cook in or just eye candy to view. The dining area provides beautiful views to enjoy and an assortment of beautiful dishes and serving pieces. The oversized great room offers plenty of luxurious seating, a large screen TV, book cases full of good reads and an oversized fireplace with high end gas logs to make your cozy fire easy and simple to enjoy!! The design, decorations and feel of this home will wrap you with love from the moment you step in.
The downstairs master king suite offers another oversized gas fire place, beautiful and spacious with a private screened in porch and luxurious spa bathroom with jetted tub, marble counters and floors, oversized shower with a bench and your own private coffee bar! Lets not forget the antique vanity! All in its own private wing of the home.
The second downstairs bedroom is sumptuous with its queen iron bed, beautiful colors and views of the valley and mountain below. A private bath across the hall is the epitome of luxury with its wall paper, granite counters and marble floors.
The third queen bedroom is located upstairs with another beautiful bath! Features an antique poster bed and a small sitting area. From your bed, you will soak in the mountain views and sunset!
The giant closed in screen/sleeping porch is where most guests enjoy relaxing. Featuring a double swinging bed, perfect for mountain time naps or spending the night, plenty of seating, wood burning fireplace and a big screen TV! A fan favorite spot for sure!
The sunken spa pool, large enough for everyone to enjoy is the perfect place to unwind, watch the sunset, the Eagles soar and soak away the days possible aches from your hiking through the mountains and to the waterfalls and canyons! Watching the shooting stars in the warmth of the spa tub is also a guest favorite!!
The list is endless with the beautiful outdoor fireplace courtyard featuring tucked behind it, a double outdoor canopy bed! More space to relax and dine to enjoy all that the mountain has to offer.
The La Petite French Quarter Inn is offered to guests who have 7 or less in their party. The additional 2 bedrooms and bunk room are locked off during your visit. If you need more space and wish to book the whole house, look up The French Quarter Inn which will sleep up to 27 guests. We are Mentone Vacation Rentals. It is emphasized that you will have the home to yourself, no shared spaces with anyone, the additional rooms are just locked off as they are not in use.

TV's are available in the large family gathering room, the kitchen and in the bunk room. Most guests stay on the mountain to disconnect from reality and we allow our bedrooms to provide that environment

Located just minutes North of downtown Mentone and near all summer camps, short drive to Fort Payne, de Soto Caverns, Falls and Mentone. Nearby canoeing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, wildlife all over our property and so much more. If you miss the city, Chattanooga is only about an hour away, Huntsville and hour and a half and Birmingham and Atlanta less than 2. Scottsboro 45 min with Cathedral Caverns, Unclaimed Baggage, Walls of Jericho and beautiful Bucks Pocket Park

1. All guests are required to submit their ID to bookedmentone@gmail.com and complete our guest rental agreement.
2. Additional Fees:
$50 Insurance includes up to $200 damage insurance (at time of booking)
$75 Pet Fee if Applies $35 2nd pet (if applicable). A pet reservation form must be completed.
3. For wedding reservations, you must book direct. Wedding packages can not be booked through Airbnb or VRBO.
