Single-storey semi-detached house, modern and cosy, in the low-density residential condominium L'Orangerie. Accommodates up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining room with access to a sunny terrace and garden overlooking the golf course. Air conditioning, free WiFi, cable TV, barbecue, indoor garden, private outdoor parking, access to shared outdoor pool and garden. 24-hour security.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)
• Do not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation, without a refund.
TOURIST TAX
Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.
SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe. 24-hour security.
CHECK IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
