Positive: Collecting the keys was actually very easy (you just need to carefully read the instructions from the host—if you don't have problems with reading, you won't have problems with the keys). The collection point is about a 3-minute walk with kids from the apartment itself. Perfect location for sure. Cleanliness was also good. Equipped kitchen – no complaints. Great price – definitely.
Negative: 1 - intrusive instructions. I don’t want to read a long story in the bathroom about how many times a plumber was needed. A simple reminder not to throw anything in the toilet is enough. 2 - Intrusive asks. I don't want to read a long unnecessary text about honesty and truth as a deposit reminder. A short note stating that the deposit is mandatory for check-in would be more appropriate. 3 - Contradictory rules: we were told to mandatory use a mattress pad for the sofa, but no mattress pad was provided. 4 - Ignoring questions: Questions about the deposit return were ignored for more than a day (via Booking and WhatsApp). It was eventually returned, but ignoring was frustrating.
Summary: Worth the price, but a few things to be aware of.
