Two bathrooms allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
The living room, bathed in natural light, invites you to relax with its large windows overlooking the Seine, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals that can be enjoyed around a convivial round table. You will appreciate the many amenities at your disposal: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, all the kitchen essentials, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment!

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates in force in the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. Several bus lines serve the centre of Rouen. Stops near the Gros-Horloge include Théâtre des Arts and Place du Vieux-Marché, which are served by numerous bus lines, such as lines F1, F2, and 11.
Taxis are available throughout the city, and it is fairly easy to find one near the historic centre, particularly around Place du Vieux-Marché or major thoroughfares such as Rue Jeanne d'Arc. Alternatively, apps such as Uber are also available in Rouen.

Please note that this apartment is the owners' primary residence. As a result, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic home environment. Remember to take care of the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the place clean when you leave.
