Standing out from the rest, this fabulous 2/2 penthouse is impeccably furnished with views of Hualalai and the fishponds of A Bay. Kolea 15J stands out from the rest! Both bedrooms are furnished with flat screen tv's. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and the guest suite has twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. The deep soaking tub in the master bath sits under a skylight, a walk in shower and dual vanities are set in natural stone. The guest bath also has dual vanities and a tub/shower. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, and dining table seats 6. Sink into the cozy cushions of the loveseat and sofa in the living area, which has a large flat screen and stereo system for your enjoyment. The lanai has 2 chaise lounges and a table for casual dining. An outdoor summer kitchen includes a Viking BBQ grill, beverage center and sink for a relaxing cookout.

Summary: Property is very well kept. Unit was clean and peaceful. It was packed full of furniture and would perhaps feel roomier with a bit less especially on the lanai. The location was perfect for us. Easy drive to beaches and walk to shops and restaurants. The pool and exercise area were beautiful and the staff there very nice and friendly. The only negative thing I can say is that we couldn’t get in the gate when we checked in either with the code or app, we tailgated in and the lock box to get in the unit worked perfectly. We never were able to get the app to work even with two different staff helping us, however, the fob in the unit worked great and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying here!
