Summary: We take a trip for Christmas instead of doing gifts, and this year we decided to book in Minnesota hoping for a good snow. The cabin was beaufitul and stayed warm! We didnt have snow like we had hoped for, but there are tons of attractions close by!!! Some pictures show the river with chairs and i will say that its a very short walk! Keep left at the fork on the trail and you will see it, but the river is extremely low! We enjoyed our stay and found that prior travelers left notes in a book. We left our story as well. Along with items left for others to enjoy, as they did for us. The only small issue we came across was the water pressure for the washing machine. The owner quickly responded to my message with a call and we talked about how the hot water worked better than cold. It is well water and we were understanding. No biggie!! We got all our clothes washed. I would highly recommend staying here!! Its well insulated and i loved the dimmable lights. Wifi worked great and i had access to every kitchen item i needed when i cooked throughout the week. There was one burner that didnt get hot (the large one) but it didnt stop me from cooking! I really liked the decorations chosen throughout the cabin. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment here and will definitely return in the future!trail
