This historic Kennebunk cottage was built in 1910 with three bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining and living room. A recent addition comprises a master en suite, two car garage, laundry room, 1/2 bath and office nook. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 with brand new beds and furniture, paint, refinished hard-wood floors, kitchen update and integrated entertainment wall. New outdoor terrace with seating for 8+.
The Bunkhouse has been newly remodeled in 2022 with 2 Twin Beds and one pullout sleeper. Completely updated/modern bathroom with Sonos, and a Frame TV. Perfect for teens or adults.
Truly a perfect location for those who want to put away the car for a week and simply walk or bike everywhere. Located in the coastal residential zone of Kennebunk in an area that used to be called Kennebunk Beach. The house is at the end of a tree line road which leads to the beaches. In the other direction, you can walk across the street to play 9 holes of par 3 golf or hit some balls at the driving range.
