Positive: location by the sea..
Negative: bottom door was left unlocked and the guests down stairs could get into our apartment - the booking agent wasn't interested at all in fixing it until i began to get vocal.. then they gave us the house keeping keys to lock the door, then next day they gave the bottom apartment the keys to lock the door but he unlocked it again... bathroom leaked and behind the bath it had not been mopped or cleaned for sometime.. other than this the place was excellent
