Contemporary beach bungalow with hip and happy decor. Fenced lot just 4 houses from the ocean and great ocean views from huge covered front porch. Imagine long lazy days relaxing in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the ocean breeze. Inside you'll find high end finishes and all the amenities you want in a vacation home. Hardwood floors on the main floor, open kitchen and comfy furniture. The master suite includes a huge walk-in shower, double floating vanity and heated floors. There's a Central vac for easy clean ups and energy efficient heating and cooling. There's even an outdoor shower! Small dogs (under 30 pounds) are welcome on the first floor of the house.
