Summary: We had a really nice day. The one hiccup is that many of the groups that stay in this condo were very loud, to include well after 10 PM. It is a place where a lot of large groups come together. Overall the stay was really good and we enjoyed how close it is to the beach. One potential improvement is to enforce the noise ordinance.
