Positive: Clean, very clean. One level no stairs👍. I arrived early but was able to leave my bag there, the 2 members of staff I dealt with were excellent. I've seen people make comments about "language barrier" you are in a foreign land, make an effort to speak some Spanish, get a "translate app" on your phone and have a go. Room 5 a quirky odd shaped room overlooking (but no access to) a small garden/ patio area 👍. Reasonable size shower/bathroom. Chest of drawers some shelves and a rucksack suitcase stand with hangers. I liked it there, I would have absolutely no qualms about going back, lovely place extremely well positioned. No individual kettles but there is a kitchen area and facilities in the reception area.

Negative: Now this is pathetic, a larger door knob on the main entrance door and a lever on the inside would be good. Yes, I said it was pathetic 🤣😂
