Josh's is a well equipped, retro style beach house in the picturesque NSW coastal town of Dalmeny. The house offers two large decks, one with views of the Pacific ocean. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a large bedroom with TV and living area downstairs, making it ideal for families or small groups wanting privacy. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third has a two single beds (ideal for children). The upstairs bathroom has a large bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Relax at Josh's Josh's offers a well equipped kitchen including an espresso coffee machine (just bring your favourite ground coffee). Kick back and listen to a "great" collection of 70's and 80's albums on the turntable (with new contributions always welcome!). Outside is a large private garden, ideal for children. There is also a Weber Q BBQ on the upper deck. The house is located just a short walk or ride to Josh's beach (150m), Anton's cafe (2.5km) and the IGA supermarket (800 m). It is only minutes in the car to Narooma's cafes and shopping. Great Escape Dalmeny and Narooma are home to some of NSW's most pristine beaches, including beaches to suit toddlers right through to great breaks for surfers. The area offers fresh seafood, great fishing, a beautiful golf course and a 15km bike track with breathtaking views of the ocean. Josh's beach house is approximately two and a half hours from Canberra, five hours from Sydney and eight hours from Melbourne. It is approximately 30 minutes from Moruya Airport.
