Jasmine Hill Villa is a spectacular luxury villa Jamaica located directly on the ocean front in Ocho Rios. A 90-minute drive east of Montego Bay airport along the scenic North Coast road brings guests to this fabulous holiday home. Located within a very large four plus acres of lush tropical vegetation, the Jamaica villa's lot includes over 200 feet of ocean front. Jasmine Hill Villa is within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios and nearly a mile away from the very lively downtown Ocho Rios.
The villa's waterfront location provides convenient access to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling and other water sports. The Jasmin Hill Villa dock is especially wonderful for ocean swimming and a few stone steps lead into the crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Since this convenient access to the ocean is possible right from the villa's own back yard, the experience is fantastic. Within 50 yards of the shore is a wonderful coral reef, perfect for snorkeling.
Jasmin Hill Villa is very stylish and graceful, with attractive, spacious rooms and lovely décor. The extra-large rooms have ceramic tile or hardwood flooring. The home is filled with English antiques, books and original artwork. The wooden shingle roof and classic stucco villa in Jamaica was constructed in the 1940's.
Guests have several options for dining at Jasmine Hill Villas, including dining on the lovely terrace, in the fountain garden, by the swimming pool or in the indoor private dining room. A wonderful ocean-side gazebo is perfect for breakfast in the morning or evening cocktails. The expansive living room is filled with art and overlooks the pool, sea and side fountain garden.
Jasmin Hill Villa offers four large bedrooms with private bathrooms and air-conditioning that can accommodate up to eight adults. The bedrooms have been redecorated recently and have very large ceiling fans. Each bedroom offers spectacular views of the ocean or lush gardens that surround the villa. The large upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized four poster bed, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Windows on three sides of the bedroom looks over the ocean, the villa front and the side gardens. The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized and twin beds. The fourth bedroom, the cottage suite has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Large double French doors open onto a private porch that overlooks the pool and sea.
Jasmin Hill Villa is staffed with an excellent Caribbean cook, two maids, van driver, laundress and gardener. The driver and cook live on the property, which makes it convenient for the guests. The staff at this villa rental in Jamaica is very courteous and efficient and ensures that all guests have the perfect vacation. Driver service is at an extra cost.

Bedroom Configuration:
All bedrooms have quiet split air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with showers (bedroom 2 has a tub shower combo). Main House
-Bedroom 1 Large upstairs master bedroom (17 x 30 feet) with king 4 poster bed and 40' flat-screen TV. This bedroom has windows on three sides and a private covered balcony overlooking the ocean.
-Bedroom 2 King upstairs bedroom (14 x 15 feet) and 40' flat-screen TV. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
-Bedroom 3 Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom (16 x 23 feet).
Pool Cottage Suite
-Bedroom 4 King bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, 40' flat-screen TV, double French doors to a private porch overlooking the pool and sea. The suite is fully air-conditioned. This bedroom is only available at the 4-bedroom rate.
Rosebud Cottage - A new 2-bedroom cottage was added to bring the total bedroom accommodations up to 6. This charming cottage is in a beautiful garden retreat. Each of the two bedrooms is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely outdoor private shower that can be shared by both bedrooms.
-Bedroom 5 King bed, private bathroom with 40' flat-screen TV.
-Bedroom 6 Queen bed, private bathroom.
Total 6 bedrooms to accommodate 12 people.
We do have 2 rollaways on property. Cost of the rollaway is $150 per week.
Extra person cost is $50 per person per night over 12 persons.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR JASMIN HILL: (Please read carefully before booking Jasmin Hill)
1) If you are booking a holiday week such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving, all deposit payments are non-refundable. Only under certain cases, will the owner consider refunding if Jasmin Hill gets the exact dates booked by another client. This does need approval from the owner before any refund is granted.
2) All bookings are non -refundable between 0 - 90 days before arrival to the villa. This applies to all low and high season dates. Definitely no refunds are given during this non-refundable time period.
