Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, with easy to find free parking on the street / parking lot in front. Washer and dryer in the patio, partial view of the sea, and nice sitting area there. WiFi and air conditioning working well, and good location close to old Jaffa, Tel Aviv and a short drive to Bat Yam. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He asked for a security deposit to be paid at the beginning of the stay that he returned to us before we left.

Negative: There were no face / hand towels (only big ones) that he promptly gave us when he came to collect the security deposit.

Summary: It was great!
