Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). Brian and Jackie's place is located in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc. It has a private pool, a game room with Pool table and Ping Pong Table. It's close to Walt Disney World, Legoland, Golf Courses of Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve, Florida State Parks (Lake Louisa...). The property has been completely renovated and furnished in March 2016. The owners have put their final personal touch by purchasing nice contemporary accessories that make this home look brand new. If you look for a contemporary place close to all major attractions in Orlando, this is the one!**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating**

And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitor during this phase 1 of Reopening Florida.
