The first has a living room with fireplace, 60-inch TV, a large kitchen equipped with everything, a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. The second floor has a spacious suite with bathroom and solarium of 20 m2 with sea views. This plant enjoys air conditioning and beautiful views.
The garden is large, full of flowers and fruit trees (lemon, orange, guava ...) aromatic herbs, hammocks, barbecue, table for up to 15 people, sunbeds, swings for children. The house is located in a very quiet and private area with beautiful sea views very close to Campello and the center of Alicante. Very close to the highway and surrounded by beautiful mountains,

Summary: It is really a lovely villa, the location is excellent only 5 mins to beach by car. Communal pool is lovely and right behind the property. the owner Maria is really lovely and very friendly. and is always on hand if needed.
