NEW to KEES for 2023! Experience the gorgeous Currituck Sound while staying at this adorable single-level, 2-bedroom, pet-friendly, soundfront home, Island Time! With sound views from nearly every room in the house, Island Time is the perfect quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Guests with specific mobility needs will be delighted with the single-level layout of this home. The darling living room, kitchen, dining area, and sunroom are just waiting for long, thoughtful conversations between friends. There is also a sleeper sofa in this room. There are also two Queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom which is located in the hallway. This is a home that truly allows for quiet contemplation and peaceful nights as the Sound laps up on the grassy lawn.
Outside of the home, guests can enjoy the use of a private dock. A public boat ramp is located 2 minutes away from the home and is available for guests who wish to bring watercraft. After a lovely day spent out on the water, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the grill for a laid-back evening. Being right on the Currituck Sound, you'll be sure to experience a beautiful sunset/sunrise. Island Time is a green-conscious home and offers an electric car charging port available for guest use. (Note: Electric car charger is a Tesla car charger. Any non-Tesla renters will have to provide their own adapter.) Island Time is only a 35-minute drive to the Kitty Hawk beaches which will allow guests to explore everything that the Outer Banks has to offer.
