Positive: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff and food was fantastic. Excellent gym facilities

Negative: Building site all around the complex, which was not a huge issue as we were out most of the day. Sadly, this was not disclosed during the booking but may reflect the low price. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms, the flooring was incredibly slippery when wet; bearing in mind it rained most days being a tropical climate. One of our group had a serious fall getting out of the pool. I also slipped while walking to my room along the outside corridors. Some sort of gripping material must be added to all surfaces in the hotel before someone is seriously injured.
