Positive: Nice and clean apartment. Very warm welcome and quick problem solving on technical issues. Comfy beds.

Negative: I was in off-season, and the surrounding buildings went under reconstruction. It was extremely loud as buildings are very close to each other. It was extremely disturbing, so we needed to leave the apartment, despite we planned our days "at home". I was asking for information how long will it take this extreme loud work, so I can plan my day accordingly (1-2 hours or 1-2 days?!). The - not too - proper answer was: "I don't know, it is workday anyway." :-( So that was the end of my relaxing vacation...

Summary: Perfect, but very noisy neighborhood in off-season.
