We have made this home relaxing with modern-day conveniences but still maintained the character of the old. Completely renovated in 2022 with brand new everything! Appliances, furniture, mattresses, fixtures, rugs, you name it - it’s new! We hope you will find it both charming, and modern when it matters.

Sandy Cheeks is in the heart of Cape Charles! It’s a short stroll to the beach, marina, park, shops, bait store, and lots of yummy restaurants, bakeries, a dessert bar, and breweries/wineries and a distillery – often with great live music.

Stay comfortably with central AC: 3 split-zone air conditioners, instant hot water heater, upgraded high-speed internet, open bright floor plan with adjoining living, dining and kitchen area - terrific for entertaining and lounging. Sparkling-clean, all-new appliances throughout- gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer! Lots of light, spacious kitchen, well-equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, glassware, and dishes. Full baths both up and downstairs. And the enclosed outdoor shower at back of house is a real treat!
