Positive: We stayed here for 5 nights, property is just a few minutes walk from Venetian harbor. We had a suite, so it came with wash machine, full size fridge, hot plate but we didn’t cook. We really love this location and the suite. Matina was GREAT, timely communications including check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We also had a lovely chat with her.
Negative: There could have a few more shelves for clothing, it’s OK for us. We were on the 3rd floor, so people with mobility issue may find it challenging to drag luggage.
Summary: Lovely stay in Chania, we will stay here again.
