Summary: It was all good except for two things as below. Handy to beach, sea views, bus stop nearby, all pluses. The two points: Being above the shops was handy but also meant a lot of cooking odours (fatty) drifting up to where we were. We used ventilation and fans to stay cool, not the A/C, which might have controlled that issue a bit more. I managed the vehicle access, and it wasn't too busy, but the access from the Lane was a little tricky.
