‘“IL Mare” is a private 4 bedroom two story beach house recently refurbished to create a sense of style relaxed living and tranquility.
Downstairs consists of two very large bedroom suites. A King and a Queen which enjoy ocean views and have their own bathroom/ ensuite. Each bedroom has a sitting/reading area . (The King and the Queen suite have a TV with free to air chanels . Upstairs has a smart TV
Up stairs consist of two further bedrooms . One with bunk bed and the other a trilogy bunk bed (single and double).
The living area features a large scale lounge room with comfortable lounges, a smart TV, wood heating, separate dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Decking runs along the width of the home front and back , ideal outdoor spaces where you can enjoy sipping a glass of champagne or alfresco dining.

A maximum of 9 guests are allowed on the property. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property. Furniture is not to be moved. The house is to be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure. All dishes and utensils are to left clean and put away in draws and cupboards. Any breakages are to be reported to the owner.
Please note that a security camera operates in the driveway of the property.
