Ideal house located in the Urbanization of Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla and 15 minutes by car from the beaches and the tourist area of the north of Mallorca. Very close, the access to the motorway, will make it easy to reach the capital or the airport.
It consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite, a spacious living-dining room with views of the garden and the swimming pool and a separate kitchen. The semicircular house has everything you need for your holidays, either with family or friends.
Outside there is a large, green garden with leafy trees, mainly holm oaks, a large lawn, a furnished, partly covered terrace and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
The nearest town to the house is Sa Pobla, a town increasingly appreciated by tourists, where you will find all kinds of services, local shops, supermarkets and restaurants where you can enjoy traditional food, international cuisine or a tasting menu.
