Positive: Location was fantastic, Wroclaw is a lovely place.
Negative: The harassment from the check in staff which included: "Forcing us to pay a deposit via a third party payment system" "Insistence I make a video call to someone who doesn't speak English to confirm my identity" "Saying yes to providing a high chair them contacting us later to say no we can't have one" "Claiming they had to be on site for checkout then when we said it was too early and we could just do it ourselves" Honestly, we exchanged 11 phone calls to try to stay for just 3 nights.
Summary: Terrible check in procedure, excessive rules.
