Summary: The receptionist was unprofessional, on arrival she served other guests who arrived after me before me. My key wouldn’t work I had to return to the main desk 4 times before I could access the room I had booked a queen and stayed in a double. There was no soap dispensers in my bathroom and no towels. On my second night I was once again locked out of the room to be told sometimes the system automatically and at random will check guests out. Room doesn’t provide cutlery or anything to use when eating in the room
