Stay minutes from everything TJ/Rosarito has to offer! The house is very large & spacious, centrally located, & in one of TJ's best neighborhoods, Agua Caliente. The huge living room with a playset can seat everyone at once & has a projector and TV. The private backyard has a patio with seating, a grill, and a trampoline, so the family can have a great time! Private garage parking for 4 cars, w/ more parking in front of the house. We're located 15 mins from the border and 20 mins from Rosarito.

Our home is very large and spacious, located in a peaceful, yet centrally located neighborhood. The outside and grass areas are great for kids playing and running around.
Spacious backyard and patio with BBQ grill, kids' play area, and seating for everyone ( Enough seating for 14 people ). There are 2 sitting areas, including a large family room with a play and swing set that can fit everyone, with a projector and TV for movie night. The kitchen is also very spacious with an island, and a professional stove and oven. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and prepare a meal for the entire family. ( Spices, seasoning, pots, pans, plates, eating utensils, cooking utensils, serving pans, slow cooker, coffee maker, mixer, blender..etc.. ) We have extra tables and chairs to fit more people at the dining table.
There are 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath. The 6th room is located outside, through the backyard, and has a private full bathroom next to it.
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, sitting area, and bathroom.
Bedroom 2: One queen and One full canopy bed, and bathroom.
Bedroom 3: King bed and bathroom.
Bedroom 4: King bed and bathroom
Bedroom 5: Queen bed.
Bedroom 6: Outside room. Full canopy bed, full bathroom down some small stairs outside the room.
Sleeps 14 in total.
Unlike most hosts, we do not charge any cleaning fees, unless the house is left very very messy.
Upon arrival, we provide a list of things to do and places to eat nearby, with distances.
We ask for a cash deposit of $200 when you check-in. If everything's left good, it'll be returned at check out.
