Easy access and off private parking. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. This area is not fully developed but it is up and coming. If you are looking into staying a is a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. The Space: For your usage we will pride: Hand soap Shampoo Conditioner Two rolls of toilet paper Body wash Kitchen: Cups Plates Bowls Utensils Coffee maker /coffee/ sugar, creamer Microwave Three bottle water (in fridge) Pans (no pots) Oil Salt/pepper Detergent One roll of napkins Dining table (bar style) If any of the condiments or supplies run out during your stay, there is an HEB grocery store less than 2 miles away. 1 bed 6pillos Living area: 1 sofa bed (queen size) TV - you will use your own log in info for apps. Please note: Parking is located next to the house on an adjacent vacant lot so you can park an RV or Big truck as the space is Huge.
