At 800m from the beach by small road. 10min from the train station, the Christian DIOR museum, the city center of Granville (departure for the Chausey Islands). Small atypical house, ideally located between sea (800m) and downtown Granville. The ground floor, the stairwell and the child room have just been renovated in January 2019. Private terrace of 25m2 with garden table, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. Ground floor: main room with kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tancarville, 1 sofa BZ, TV. 1st floor: 1 shower room and toilet (hair dryer, towel rack), 1 bedroom with bunk beds, (possibility to put a cot), 1 wardrobe, 1 dresser, children's games. On the 2nd floor under the roofs: room with bed 120x190, tidying up. Possibility to have 1 cot with mattress, baby bath, high chair and safety gate on request. Sheets not provided but possibility to rent 10 € / pers (including 1 pillowcase, 1 fitted sheet and 1 duvet cover). Towels not included. The house is to be returned in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
