Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location (it’s tucked away so don’t get too much noise but easy walk to restaurants and grocery store nearby). The hotel management and staff were helpful and friendly, we had a very lovely stay. If you are travelling by public transport, bus stop and ferry are within 5 min walk from the hotel so very easy access. Also appreciated that there was a lift in the hotel.

Negative: Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, had a dirty towel and lacked shampoo bottles in the bathroom although this was rectified easily by the staff. Breakfast was OK, mainly buffet style with the option to pay extra for additions.
