Positive: Fantastic hotel right next to the beach. Received a warm welcome at reception and a 'welcome cocktail - bonus! The building has an old-world, charm about it, yet still very classy! The room was quiet. spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely attentive - a delight! Breakfast was amazing - a full selection to choose from, with the option of dining outside.
Negative: Travelling for four weeks, we each had a large suitcase. Our room was on the second floor - and there are no elevators. Carrying suitcases up the many stairs was an effort. I guess the wide staircases are part of the charm of the hotel!
Summary: Excellent hotel, great location - Spoil yourself!
