Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was excellent, very central and close to the Metro. The room and facilities were very clean and thr staff were all delightful and very helpful.
Negative: We did have an issue with the shower drain when we first arrived but the staff were very quick to resolve this issue.
Summary: Wonderful hotel in the center of Milan.
