Positive: The location is central, rooms are spacious and clean

Negative: I had a disappointing experience during my stay. I had already paid for one night through Booking.com before arrival. When I decided to extend my stay for an additional three nights, I chose to pay the hotel directly. The receptionist charged me a daily rate, which I paid, and I went to my room. Shortly after, I was asked to return to reception and was informed that I needed to pay a significantly higher amount than what I had just been charged. This was very confusing and stressful, especially as it was my first time in Brazil and I was dealing with a language barrier and travel fatigue. The situation was not handled in a professional or reassuring manner, and there was no clear acknowledgement of the pricing mistake. After going back and forth, I felt unsafe and I decided to check out the next day. Additionally, the hotel faces the street and it was very noisy at night, which made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
