Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Great location, very near to the basilica and botanic garden and handy for walking into the centre, with some nearby restaurant options and not too much outside noise overnight. Room was nicer than it appeared in the pictures. Clean. TV and fridge provided. Free toothbrush, razor, shower wash, etc provided. Shower decent pressure.
Negative: Bed quite soft (could feel the springs a bit), pillow very firm. I was initially give a room with a window onto an inner tiny courtyard thing but it was sealed off at the top so there was no fresh air circulating at all. When I asked to change, they then offered me an alternative room at the front of the property which I much preferred as it was brighter and could get fresh air. Only issue was that people liked to sit on the chairs directly outside until late at night talking which was annoying and there was clattering of plates, cups etc from around 5.15am setting up for breakfast two doors away from the room. I slept with earplugs the second night and this helped a lot.
