We have hired a new cleaning service for 2024 which should address any cleaning issues that were indicated in a couple of reviews from last summer. Please rest assured, the villa will be spotless! 😊 16 Turtle Lane is a wonderful end unit with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean out the front door and a peaceful and long view of a lagoon out the back door! Sit on the oversized porch and watch alligators, turtles, herons, ospreys and many other birds as they perch on the bank in the warm sun. The 'Gold Coast' beach of Sea Pines is just steps from the front door. This comfortable and well maintained villa is in the exclusive Turtle Lane Club which is a quiet and private oceanside community. Two pools provide plenty of swimming opportunities for all family members and the nearby bike trails make biking easy! Two King bedrooms : the Master has a Stearns and Foster pillow top and the second king is a Beautyrest pillow top. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The villa has a wet bar and 1 huge Smart TV and two other flat screen TVs with DVD players. Also, we offer free wireless internet service. Each rental comes with 2 Sea Pines Gate passes. 🙂
