Positive: Staff helpful, some more than others

Negative: NOT good to be put on the 3rd floor as only reception can access the lift, so if you have to leave before 9am you have to try to get your suitcase down the stairs. Luckily this time I left right on 9am so they brought it down for me. Also, there is no rail in the shower to hold onto, and the base of it is rather slippery, i was afraid of falling.

Summary: Good location, price, and service, will stay again
