The Space:
This cosy three bedroom house is set within the Vauxhall suburb of Liverpool. Decorated to an impeccable standard this property is the perfect base for families to explore Liverpool, or business travellers looking for something special.
The fully equipped kitchen & dining space is expansive, with plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy home cooked meals. The polished tile flooring gives a luxurious finish to the space. The house comes with three spacious bedrooms, bathroom with both shower and bath, additional restroom downstairs and space for two cars.
Located just a 5 minute drive to the city centre you have all the comforts of home, with all the city has to offer on your doorstep. Or, if the weather is behaving, you can take a stroll into the city and head towards to the waterfront to see the iconic Three Graces.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in one of the quieter suburbs that the City Centre, just on the outskirts but with easy access to the Centre, this house is perfect for family and business stays alike.
A quick 15-minute walk from the house is all it takes to embrace the wonderful city centre of Liverpool, from the waterfront to the business quarter there is an extensive number of places you can visit and restaurants you can try!
Getting Around:
The city centre is only 10 minute drive away and the convenience of a bus stop just a minutes walk away (take the 56 from Eldon Street).
If you are driving or getting a cab, it is only 10 minutes away, with parking throughout the city centre.
Within the city centre there are Trains that you can get from Central Station or Lime Street which are only a 15 minute walk from the bus stops.
There is also a large National Express coach station that you can also use which is located in Liverpool One, only 10 minutes from the bus station.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please note we have a noise monitor on site.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Everydayz that is about 5 minuite walk or 1 minute drive. This is located at 131 Vauxhall Rd, Liverpool, L3 6BN.
The store is open everyday from 06:00 - 23:00. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
