This large, 4 bed roomed renovated former farmhouse sits at 500 meters in a beautiful old Chateau village in the Cote d'Or which offers outstanding and breathtaking views and friendly and welcoming villagers. The house has been renovated to a high standard and is has clean, uncluttered lines but still remains charming. It has many quality features including luxurious bathrooms , exposed stonework and a magnificent oak staircase. It provides the perfect getaway for those looking to rest, relax and de-stress and is a great house for any season be it Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. The house is well heated , well insulated, cosy and warm making it a perfect retreat even when the weather is not so good. The house is set within large grass gardens to the front and back perfect for entertaining, relaxing or playing sports outside. There is also a decked terrace perfect for outdoor eating and a sun trap in the evenings. There is a huge field to the rear which is rarely used although can be used for the playing of football or just running around. It's a great location for anyone wanting to train for perhaps a run or triathlon as you can step out of the house and there are miles and miles of beautiful, unspoiled, tranquil countryside and plateaus of magnificent, natural scenery. Its a wonderful place to cycle and immerse yourself in the French countryside and everything French

It is a few kilometers from the historic village of Mont Saint Jean and the golf and restaurants at Chateau Chailly. It has been a perfect holiday home for the owners and their children when holidaying has taken place all year round
