The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds, 2 with bunk beds and plenty of linens/pillows. The Master Suite is practically it's own apartment, a comfortable queen bed, 42" TV, 2 recliner chairs, a comfy sofa and ottoman that can be used as additional sleeping space, a huge attached bathroom and a private entrance. There is a huge walk through closet that separates the Master Suite from the Harley Davidson themed bunkbed room. The Harley Room has a twin over full bunk bed, a 42" TV and some children's games and books. In the main hallway you will find an additional Queen bedroom and another twin over full bunkbed room, a second full bathroom and a nice laundry room.
The bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The living room is equipped with a large sectional couch with ottoman that can be used as an additional sleeping area, a chaise lounge chair and a 55" Smart TV providing plenty of seating options to relax and enjoy a movie. If you need additional space for children to sleep we can provide up to two additional twin air mattresses if requested in advance.
The kitchen has full size appliances with ample counter top space. We supply pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, coffee, condiments, pantry items, and just about anything you would need to prepare a basic meal.
In the laundry room you will find a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry sink and counter space to fold your clothes.
On the deck you will find a BBQ grill, propane and a porch swing.
Outside of the laundry room door you will find a fenced in dog run.
The home is located within a 25 min drive of 9 different boat launches, making this home the perfect home base for fishermen and their boats. The owner is a retired deep sea fisherman and would be happy to share some local spots with you.
Pets are welcome with advance notice, agreement to the pet rules and payment of a pet fee. Reach out to management for specific details regarding pets. Service animals are always welcome free of charge but we do request that you inform us in advance so the cleaner is prepared.
