The charming house, which has been renovated and kept in a rural, modern but original way, is divided into the ground floor with the entrance area, the bathroom / toilet, the kitchen with fireplace and a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. On the floor above there is a second bedroom with a double bed, accessible via a rustic staircase from the year 1898.
A terrace and a very large garden with about 300m belongs to the apartment.
Please note that the holiday home is not suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties.
The property is supplied with drinking and service water from a natural source.
In special weather conditions, however, water shortages can very rarely occur.
We would also like to point out that the snow from the parking lot to the holiday home is not cleared by us when there is snow.
