About 200 m. from the sea of the beautiful bay "Is Cannisonis" ichnusaT.Accessible on foot or by car as the road is paved. 1.5 km from the "Spiaggione" with its enchanting golden dunes and its 2 km long beach and 1 km from the shops of first need.Consisting of: Living room with kitchenette with large windows to the sea and a sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A total of 4 beds. Renovated in February 2013 with remodelling inside and out. All new appliances (gas stove 4 burners + oven, washing machine 5kg, TV, microwave, fridge + freezer, toaster, radio, air conditioning). Sanitary facilities all new and modern. Large, well maintained and illuminated courtyard. Water reserve. Panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and covered and equipped veranda (barbecue, cold outdoor shower, fountain, hammock, 2 deck chairs, table and benches). Spacious children's area with hut, slide, swing and lots of toys for the beach. We also offer hairdryers and irons. Private parking on the ground floor in front of the house. Casa Michy is located on the first floor with separate entrance and stairs.Only a few kilometres away from the beautiful, untouched and wild beach of Piscinas and many other beautiful beaches to be explored along the panoramic road by the sea of Costa Verde, up to Montevecchio, where you can also visit the mines and the miners' village with guided tours.
