This holiday house is on the outskirts of the little village of Srinjine, between Split and Omis at 159 metres above sea level. Owing to its secluded location, it is very quiet here. The sea is about 8km away.
The 1500m² site has a great pool with a pool terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There are also a grill and a small playground. The garage belonging to the house provides a parking space. There are four further parking spaces on site right in front of the house.
The house provides a total of 160m² of living space on two floors and is suitable for a maximum of eight people. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. There is also a leisure room with a pool table. The ground floor measures around 60m². The upper floor provides a spacious living room with a corner sofa (sofa bed), armchairs, a coffee table a radio and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, as well as air conditioning. It directly adjoins the dining space with a kitchen unit. The latter provides all the essentials, as well as a dishwasher, gas stove and oven. The three bedrooms are fully-furnished and include a wardrobe. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the third has a single bed. The bathroom is spacious and provides a shower, WC and washbasin. Wireless Internet access is available in the house.
There is a small grocery shop just 300 metres from the villa. The nearest larger supermarket is 5km away. It is about 6km to Omis and the beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast. Omis is a charming little town with 25,000 inhabitants. Split with its many sights is 14km to the west. It is 32km to the airport.
Two bicycles can be provided by the owner free of charge. For cooler days, the villa has central heating or a fireplace, if you would like something more romantic. Ample firewood is provided for the fireplace and the grill.
