It is away from the hustle and bustle at the beach, in the tranquil little village of St. Maarten. The ground floor of the luxuriously furnished house consists of a living and dining room with an open fireplace, cable TV with Sky, a Blu-ray player, digital satellite receiver, BOSE streaming box and an exclusive bathroom with a rain shower and double washbasin. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including Miele appliances and a large fridge. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a storage room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a children’s bed (70 x 140cm) and a new guest WC with a washbasin. All the rooms have central heating. A generous sunny terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn invite you to sunbathe, grill and relax. The bungalow park has a public swimming pool just 300 metres from the house. It is also just 300 metres to the public car park. Six high-quality adult bicycles, two children’s bicycles and a children’s trailer can be hired on site. The Internet connection/Wi-Fi is free for guests. A beach cabin with four deckchairs is available for enjoyable hours on the beach (mid-May to mid-September). Pets are not allowed. In the village, about 500 metres from the house, there is a little general shop, while you can do all everyday shopping in Tuitjenhorn or Schagen (ca. 4.5km). It is only 5km from the nearest beach. You can take the train from the neighbouring village Schagen to Amsterdam. Make use of this location as a starting point for trips to the North Sea or visit the beautiful coastal towns such as Egmond, Schoorl, Callantsoog, Julianadorp or the artist town Bergen.
