The newly built house in a typical local stone house style is harmoniously integrated with the traditional buildings of the heritage-protected locality and exudes a high-quality, Mediterranean residential culture. It is very close to the beach and the ferry harbour on the island of Solta. Solta lies amidst the Dalmatian islands around 16km from Split, the nearest major town on the mainland, with boats to the island. The island has managed to preserve its natural structure and beauty, owing to the absence of tourism and industry. The traditional life of the locals continues unperturbed and you can enjoy your holiday off the beaten tourist track. The exclusive holiday villa was completed in 2012 and offers a spacious interior with 220m² of living space, comprising three elegant junior suites with their own dressing rooms, bathroom and WC, a generous living room-kitchen, and a further little double room. 150m² of terrace space surround the house on the ground floor and upper floor on the site with a garden, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the sea. You go past the kitchen counter with two bar stools to the dining space, which has an extendable table with six upholstered armchairs. A few steps lead down to the living room, with two comfortable sofas to relax to after a day trip, with a large flatscreen TV providing entertainment. The interior has air conditioning and wireless Internet access. A washing machine is also available. The outdoor area features a cosy outdoor lounge that cannot be looked into, offering absolute privacy, right by the pool. Deckchairs and parasols are provided. There is also plenty of furniture for meals together or a drink outdoors. You can use the Weber round grill for a barbecue. You share a private driveway with the neighbouring house and there are plenty of parking spaces on site. Two bicycles and kayaks are also available for use free of charge. For motorised boat tours, you can hire suitable boats for a fee by the house. The tranquil village of Rogac is a little fishing village whose centre is 200 metres from your holiday accommodation. Two restaurants and a café await your visit there. You can also find a bus station, a harbour office and a tourist information office. The beach is just 300 metres away. There are shopping facilities in Grohote, about 2km away. As the locality is also the ferry harbour on the island, you can get to Split easily with several passenger and car ferries a day (ca. 50 minutes). A car is recommended for exploring the island. Apart from swimming, snorkeling and diving in crystal clear water, you can also go on boat tours and go waterskiing. The picturesque, pristine nature invites you to explore isolated bays. Small fishing villages on the island and neighbouring islands accessible by boat are waiting to be explored. You can also enjoy locally produced delicacies such as honey, wine and olive oil.
