Modern, well equipped and attractively decorated semi-detached house only 300 meters from the beautiful Playa de Muró beach. The house was built in 2013 just on the edge of the nature parc S’Albufera. Restaurants, shops, bars all just on walking distance. The immediate surroundings of your holiday home is a quiet neighborhood with lots of private villas and houses. On the ground floor of this friendly house is the big living-dining room with open kitchen. In the front part of this spacious room is a big comfortable sofa, the TV and the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, big refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and oven. From here you have nice view on the terrace and pool area.The big covered terrace with table, chairs and sofas will be the place where you can spend the mayor part of your holidays. Crossing the terrace you have direct access to the 5 by 7 meter square pool. A brick BBQ completes this relaxing area. At ground level is one of the four colorful bedrooms and a modern bathroom. On the first floor are the other three bedroom and two bathrooms (one en-suite). All upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the balconies.
