The small romantic village of Oggebbio is located on Lake Maggiore, 30 km from the Swiss border. (about 15 minutes by car) between Cannobio and Verbania - Intra.
The house is located at about 100 meters above Lake Maggiore in a quiet location, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation. You live in a detached house. The other half is mainly used only by the owner or a trusted friend. The house consists of an old, converted Rustico, which uses the landlord privately as a holiday apartment, and an extension, which is rented to holiday guests.
Just outside the front door is the cozy patio with sun blinds and for sunbathing invites the spacious porch.
The great view of the lake can even be enjoyed from the bedroom!
A footpath leads directly to the beach on the lake (about 10 minutes)
In the village are shops available, as well as cafe, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, hairdresser and pharmacy, (about 2 km or 15 minutes walk)
